- When freight is charged, it is calculated in accordance with the UPS

- Is ordering online the only way to get my products?
- No, you can also order by calling our customer service center
toll free at 888.312.9838, or you may contact your local sales representative.
Whether ordering online, by phone or through your sales consultant, your
order will be processed and shipped via UPS ground (1 day delivery in most
areas). If any of the products that you ordered are unavailable at the
time, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Remember, you
only get charged when products are shipped.

- What are your store hours?
- Our store hours (which refers to when you can contact our customer
service team by calling our customer service center) are Monday thru Friday
8am to 5pm CST. Our online store at www.realhair.net is open 24 hours
a day for your convenience; however orders can only be processed during
store hours. So if you place an order after store hours, your order will
only be processed on the next business day.
- What is your return policy?
- If you have any products malfunctioning (DAMAGED) or if you
are not completely satisfied (RETURNS), you must contact your local sales
representative within 30 days from ordering. Items purchased at www.realhair.net
if kept in new condition, may be returned within 15 days, for a store
credit only, after a 15% re-stocking fee charge. You are responsible for
100% of shipping costs unless the item is defective. In such case, Avant
Garde Beauty Supply, Inc will arrange for products pick-up and
will give you a 100% credit refund. There are no cash refunds for returned
or damaged products.
